For excellent reasons, we were unable to make it but that doesn't mean it was "this" or "that". I vouch for this hotel as the majority of hotels I've chosen for our trips were amazing! Perhaps in the future we'll try you again!

De cinco estrellas; poco y nada. Lo triste es q en menos de un año haya decaído TANTO. Mención aparte a la amabilidad del personal, eso se mantiene y no disminuye. Pero, por ejemplo, no tiene sentido q las mucamas pasen por la tarde a llevar unos chocolates minúsculos y un tarjeton q da cuenta de cómo estará el clima (????) y no se les ocurra cambiar ropa blanca, como otrora sucedia. La calidad de los productos de tocador….. chicos, es medio pelo para abajo, eso no es 5 estrellas en ningún lugar del mundo! No hay cafetera en la habitación, y la deco es antigua.

NO es categoría 4*. El servicio de Spa cuenta con solo una empleada por lo cual conseguir disponibilidad es misión imposible. Un todtado en el bar tiene una demora aproximada de 40 minutos! Nos negaron la bebida de cortesía ! Ni hablar de lo mala predisposición del staff, olvidamos un cargador de iPhone y, si bien dimos aviso enseguida, el cargador nunca apareció. No responden a los llamadas, me evaden, inventan excusas y ni hablar del gerente que jamas da la cara. Una pésima experiencia agravada porque era mi cumpleaños. De seguro hay muchos mejores hoteles! Este murió en sus laureles. No malgasten su dinero!

Hotel 3 estrellas!! No merece 5 estrellas, instalaciones viejas, se oye todo de otras habitaciones, ruido de tuberías, toallas rasposas, todo un mes sin pileta por supuestas reparaciones, el spa horrible!! Lo único que tiene bueno es la ubicación.

opinión sobre el restaurant del hotel: fuimos 15 personas, la mesa exquisitamente preparada, cómoda, asientos muy confortables. Excelente servicio y ambientación. Salón amplio y muy acogedor. Comida exquisita. ¡Felicitaciones!

Excelente propuesta. Relax , comodidad y gastronomía. Cumplieron de sobra con todo lo ofrecido en la promoción y más . Pudimos disfrutar de todas las instalaciones y sobre todo el desayuno que es un 10 . Excelente atención de los mozos y el servicio a la habitación.

Fui de paso. No sé quién le da la categoría 5 estrellas pero es ridículo. Me dejaron una toalla sucia con pedazos de excremento (real). La cama hundida y las sábanas rasposas. Te cobran estacionamiento aparte. El wifi funciona mal. Nada es acordé al precio.

Hola, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene estacionamiento con cargo, la habitación es amplia, muy bien decorada, super cómoda. El desayuno es una de las mejores cosas, todo tipo de pastelería, frutas, panes riquísimos, jugos naturales y cosas calientes preparadas en el momento. Tiene spa y pileta que se encuentra en la terraza, no es climatizada. La atención del personal es correcta, llegamos media hora antes del check in y me dijeron que tenía que esperar porque la habitación no estaba lista, un detalle que deberían cambiar porque es una pena por tan poco tiempo no permitir el ingreso, sacando ese tema recomiendo el hotel sin dudar. Espero volver.

Esperaba mas. 3 ascensores, 2 no funcionaban. No habia aire acondicionado en habitaciones. Agua de la pileta climatizada y jacuzzi, fria.
Pero la atencion, el desayuno, la limpieza, excelente.
Servicio spa muy pequeño y limitado
